Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
